A gift card purchase cannot be cancelled for a refund
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
Gift cards expire 3yrs after activation date and can be used in multiple transactions until the balance is zero.
The security of the unique code associated with a gift card rests with the purchaser or recipient (where purchaser has elected to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient).
A gift card can only be used for purchase of Hale Mercantile Co products online through the region specific Hale Mercantile Co website that it was purchased on.
If you make a purchase using the gift card for an amount that exceeds the gift card balance, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method.
If you return/ exchange a product purchased using a gift card, our standard returns and exchange policy Applies.
How to use your HMCo Gift Card
The gift card can be used by the purchaser or it can be given as a gift to another person.
If you would like the gift card to be emailed directly to the recipient, please add their email to your order notes. Alternatively you can forward the email on to them directly.
Applying your HMCo Gift Card to an order
Copy the unique code in the email and apply it to the cart before applying your payment method
If you receive an error at the check-out please check the balance of your gift card in the email link, please contact customer-service@halemercantileco.com if you are still unable to use your gift card.
Checking the balance of your HMCo Gift Card
You can check your gift card balance by using the link in the email you received at the time of purchase.
Lost HMCo Gift Card
If you cannot locate the email link for your Gift Card, please email customer-service@halemercantileco.com
Misuse of a HMCo Gift Card
Hale Mercantile Co reserves the right to revoke or cancel a gift card and any orders processed using it if we deem a fraudulent transaction has occurred.
